HUSH was built from experience. Both in finance, and in the Pilates industry itself.
Both a Pilates instructor and an accountant.
I understand what it actually looks like to build a business in this space.
Working across different studios.
Teaching a mix of group classes and private sessions.
Hosting events.
Travelling between locations.
Managing different rates of pay, and often multiple income streams.
From the outside, it can look like everything is working. But behind the scenes, it’s not always that clear.

I started to notice the same pattern. Friends and colleagues who were doing well, but had no real visibility over their finances. Most avoided it.
Some didn’t know how much they were really making, what to set aside, or how to use their time and effort in a way that actually made sense financially.
Others had accountants; but they didn’t understand this kind of work:
How income is split across studios, classes, and private clients
The time spent travelling, planning, and building a schedule
The cost of hiring space, training, or creating content
Or where someone’s real value and earning potential actually sits
They were doing the finance. But not helping people understand and utilise it.
That’s where HUSH came from. I wanted to create something that felt different.
Not just organised. Not just compliant with HMRC requirements.
But clear and considered.
So that:
You know what you’re actually earning
You understand where your money is going
You can see what’s working, and what isn’t
And you feel confident making decisions about your business
Because when your finances make sense, everything else starts to feel easier.
